As our age increases, our digestive system also become weak and especially after crossing the age of 50 years, problems like acidity, gas and indigestion start increasing very fast. However, if seen very carefully, then such problems can occur due to one of the biggest reasons which is constipation i.e. not being able to clean our stomach properly. As we grow older, our intestines start becoming weak due to which constipation starts increasing. As constipation medicines only give temporary relief and if we use constipation medicines for a long period of time, we can be fully dependent on them. So if you want to get rid of constipation and problems like gas and acidity, them it is important that apart from these medicines, you should include some natural things in your diet which can cure your problem permanently.

1-Papaya:

2-Prunes (Dried Alu Bukhara):
Another effective fruit for constipation is prunes. Prunes contain fiber, sorbitol and phenol compounds which act as a natural laxatives and help you clearing in old constipation. Scientific studies shows that prunes soften these tools and make theirs movements easier so, that the stomach can be completely clean. By eating three to five prunes before sleeping at night, your stomach will be completely clean next morning and you will feel better.
3-Kiwi:
There is a special type of enzyme in kiwi which is called Actinidin. When actinidin taken with fiber K, it improves the digestive system inside your stomach, which makes easier to digest food and gas, acidity etc. are not formed at the same time. There is a lot of fiber in kiwi also which is beneficial for your overall body.
4-Figs:
Figs whether its fresh or dry, very effective in both forms for constipation. There is a lot of fiber in figs and has natural laxative properties which helps in cleaning the stomach. Figs are not often available as a fresh fruit, mostly used in dried forms only.
5-Pear:
Pear can help you a lot in treatment of constipation because it contains both soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. Soluble Fiber make the stool soft while insoluble fiber add bulk inside it. These two thing together help you a lot in fighting constipation but one thing you should always keep in mind is that you should not remove the peel of pear before eating it because most of the nutrients and fiber is present in it.
