When the water starts boiling, add honey to it according to taste. If the stomach is cramping, 12 grams of fennel, equal weight of celery, six grams of black salt should be cleaned and ground finely and use a pinch after every meal appetite will increase and food will be digested quickly. If there is irritation in the stomach, take 12 grams of fennel, equal weight of cardamom, six grams of mint finely ground and consume two grams in the morning and evening.
